PROJECT DELIVERY METHODS

Design/build projects allow the owner, architect, and contractor to be partners in the building process. Using the design/build process allows our clients to receive the most cost-effective project. Budget, schedule, and quality are balanced with the owner's, architect's and contractor's input. Due to improved communication, the understanding of expectations are known by all parties and translated into successful projects. We provide a not-to-exceed contract amount with an open book policy.

The design/build approach maintains a balance between design and construction so your best interest is achieved. We will match you with an architect who is experienced in your type of construction. As your partner in this process, Borton Construction is responsible to keep your project on budget and on schedule. It is our goal to exceed your expectations.
