5th Ward Residences Activity Center

The 5th Ward Residences development on the North side of La Crosse, Wisconsin includes 144 apartments in two separate buildings, 14 owner-occupied townhouses, an outdoor living area and an activity center.  The activity center has been recently completed.  The 4,500 s.f. building includes a fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment and a community room for residents to use.  Additionally, residents and community members can lease private office space, conference rooms and event space.  These amenities were added to the development to support the ever-growing work-from -home community that look for professional space to meet with clients, to zoom or pod-cast from, or just to get out of the house and have a dedicated work space.
