DeBoer Pest Control was a new ground up 5,900 square feet office / warehouse. The building structure is tip up pre-cast wall panels with wood trusses and a standing metal seam roof. The office area is built out with metal stud and drywall partitions. There was 59,700 sq/ft of site development / work prior to placing the building on the site.
